Monthly Devotional night: We meet the first Sunday of each month from 6-8 p.m. Bring $3.00 for pizza and a 2-liter soda to share.

Youth Activities 2008

• January 6th – Undecorate church after 2nd service; meeting/bible study
• January 13th – Voter's meeting – host coffee fellowship
• February 3rd – meeting/bible study/Super Bowl Party
• February 16th – Help with playground workday
• February 27th – Host Lenten Dinner
• March 2nd – Meeting/bible study
• April 6th – Meeting/bible study
• April 13th – Voter's meeting – host coffee fellowship; install Trinity car tags on cars for free
• Week of April 20th – 26th – Yard Sale (see schedule below)
  • Sunday, April 20th – Move items from the youth room into the Fellowship Hall & set up tables after second service. Everyone should plan on being there that day.
  • Monday – Wednesday; April 21st-23rd – set up items for sale and pricing, afternoons & evenings. Please remember to sign in and out for Thrivent matching funds.
  • Thursday, April 24th – Final pricing "party" everyone should plan on being here for this. 5:00 p.m. until finished
  • Friday, April 25th – Preview sale for church members and staff from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Everyone should attend this. Please be here by 5:30 if possible. Supper will be provided.
  • Saturday, April 26th – The sale will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. We will run two shifts like we did last year. Shift one will be from 7:30-10:30 a.m. and shift two will be from 10:30am-1:30p.m. The Project Safe Thrift store will get here about 12:30 to pick up the leftovers. We will need trucks again this year to help take the items to their store.

We will break all the work times into blocks as we did last year. Each block will be worth an amount of money depending on how much is made at the sale. The more blocks you work the more money you will make for your account.

• May 4th – 5:00pm - Meeting/bible study/end of school party to be held at the Garrett's home. We will fish in their pond, have our meeting/bible study, and eat. Bring $4.00 and a soda as usual.
• June & July – Summer break. No meeting/bible study
• June 23rd – 27th – Help with VBS
• June 27th – 29th – Retreat to St. Simon's Island
• July 13th – Voter's meeting – host coffee fellowship
• August 3rd – Back to school party. Bowling & Laser Tag followed by a bar-b-que at the Lalicki's. $20.00 per person
• September 7th – Meeting/bible study
• October 5th – Meeting/bible study
• October 12th – Voter's meeting – host coffee fellowship
• October 25th – Six Flags
• November 2nd – Meeting/bible study
• November 28th – Decorate church for Christmas
• December 7th – Christmas Party
• January 11th – Un-decorate church after 2nd service

Fundraisers

Cans! Cans! Cans! The Youth Group asks that the congregation save their aluminum cans for recycling in order to raise money. Cans may be left in the old garbage bin on the back side of the kitchen in the Fellowship Hall for pick up and recycling

Car Plate Boarders: The youth group is selling car plate boarders with the Church name on them.
