  • Plan and administer the child development community outreach program on behalf of Trinity Lutheran Congregation
  • Set all policies and goals for the program
  • Recruit the director and faculty
  • Oversee a Christian educational curriculum
  • Make regular reports to the Parish Planning Council and to the Voters' Assembly
