Northeast Georgia Zone Rally – This Saturday, April 21st at Trinity Lutheran Church in Toccoa!!! "L"ive "W"ith "M"ore "L"ove..More Power...More of YOU in my life! This rally will actually be a servant event - making and filling school kits and puppets for one of our own young women to take on a mission trip this fall. We will carpool from church, leaving at 8:00 a.m. and returning around 4:00 p.m. ALL ladies are invited! If you've never been involved with LWML, this would be a wonderful opportunity to experience what LWML does at the Zone level. Elderberries April Activity: The Elderberries will meet for lunch on Friday, April 20th at 11:30 a.m. at Logan’s Roadhouse, 3668 Atlanta Highway. Please join us for delicious food and fun fellowship. Hope to see you there. Sign-up sheet is in the Gathering Room.
Annual Youth Yard Sale: Will be open held on Saturday, April 21st from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit Trinity’s Youth Program.
Family Night: This month’s family night hosted by the Board of Christian Education will be held on Friday, April 27th from 7-9 p.m. Join us for an evening of music and fellowship around a fire singing campfire favorites. The Walk of Faith workshop at Trinity will be conducted by Ron Raschke, a former member of the Synod’s 72 Partners on the Road. The workshop helps us to discover the purpose of sharing our "life,” it shows how God works through us, it helps us develop a personal faith story, and it discusses examples of how to share with others. The workshop is May 6th after the 11 AM service. A workbook and lunch will be provided. Don’t forget to register in the Gathering Room.
All Daughters Tea! Saturday, May 5, 11:00 A.M. The LWML is sponsoring an "All Daughters Tea" for all the ladies of Trinity! There will be a Salad and Dessert brunch (tea/coffee and breads provided), a short program with a skit, and a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Each attendee is asked to bring a salad OR dessert to share AND a wrapped gift for the gift exchange. There is a sign-up sheet on the LWML Table in the Gathering Room.
